SENIOR DOES
Urban Acres MW Windward 4*M (pending) VVVV86 (1-02)
DOB: 04/05/2020 Sire: Urban Acres CRF-BH Meriwether Dam: Urban Acres WC Cirrus Cloud 3*M We cannot thank Jena enough for allowing us to add Windy to our herd. This doe is beautiful and will indeed be a great foundation doe. She has the best back and levelness over the rump of our goats. She is more level hips to pins, and stronger/wider in the loin. Her udder is wide and well attached all around. Would like her to track a little wider in the rear, but all in all a very nice doe. She even placed 9th at the 2021 ADGA National in the yearling milking doe class! |
Urban Acres MW Raggedy Anne 4*M GVVV84 (3-04)
DOB: 03/03/2020 Sire: Urban Acres CRF-BH Meriwether Dam: GCH Urban Acres HB Patchy Clouds 3*M Anne is a very nice doe that also came from Jena. She is very straight and correct when viewed from the front. She is deeper and wider in the chest floor, though the picture does not show it. Anne tracks wider between the hocks. Anne is just a wonderful doe that we are happy to work with. She appears to always outproduce herself and her daughter Ruby was an appraiser favorite. |
Almar Acres La Vie En Rose 5*M (pending)VVVV86 (1-05)
JR Champion 2022 (1 leg)
RCH senior Nigerian Dwarf as a yearling FF DOB 02-18-2022 Sire: CH Winning Streak CM Molded Rose *B Dam: Almar Acres Painted Lady 4*M Talk about bringing in a wow factor! We are happy to be able to own this super nice doe from Almar Acres, who we admire on many levels. Marilyn's hard work with the Nigerians really shows and we feel fortunate to bring some of that here. "La Vie" as we call her has so much potential. She is a result of an AI with CH Winning Streak CM Molded Rose *B who is out of some well known Woodbridge Farm goats. We already can see the body capacity and length throughout. She has a natural levelness to her rump from hips to pins with a very correct and strong front end. She milks like a champ and has no will or want to dry up at all. Easily earned her AR milkstar at 159 DIM. Milking over a 1000lbs as yearling FF. This doe will milk as long as we want to. As you can tell this doe will be the doe we build our herd around. |
Almar Acres Maine Street 3*M (pending) GVVV84 (2-03 not the greatest fill)DOB: 04/29/2021 Sire: Castle Rock Akikta +*B Dam: GCH Dragonfly ARG Maine Attraction 2*M Street is a beautiful doe that we were extremely blessed to get from Marilyn. This doe is very long and deep bodied and with great body capacity. A very elegant doe indeed. |
Almar Acres Marilyn StreetJR Champion and Best in Show Junior doe (Udder Spectacular 2023)
Reserve Champion Senior (milking yearling) 4x1st place yearling milker DOB 05-11-22 Sire: Almar Acres Firestorm Dam: Almar Acres Maine Street 3*M GVVV84 (2-03 drying up) Oh Marilyn, the naughty one. There is always one in the group and she took the title. She got to be a dry yearling not by our choice, but that is okay. She went out to her first show and got her dry leg in a HUGE class, and then went on to be best in show! All while be naughty the entire time! |
Itrek Acres Lil Bo Peep GGGG82 (1-05 almost dried up)
DOB 02-24-2022 Sire: Almar Acres RK Anduril Dam: M Capra Farm LS Silver Moon 1* M (pending) Peep is our only silver doe kid that we held back only because she was out of Almar Acres RK Anduril. We would like to continue working with the silver color by working on one thing at a time. Our end goal is to get to the point we feel they would be competitive in the show ring. Its going to end up being we will work with what we have, and not add any more silvers. Peep is already a huge improvement on her dam. She doesn't have the super fine tiny bones her dam had. She also is deeper and wider than her too. Just overall much better doe. |
Itrek Acres Solo Rolo
JR Champion
Mentioned as the Reserve Champion of Show DOB 04-15-23 Sire: Almar Acres RK Anduril Dam: Almar Acres Snickerdoodle Rolo has a super sweet personality. She is wide and also elegant. She also has a proper deep body for her age, and very nice feet and legs. She has already earned her restricted CH leg as a 4 month old. Rolo freshened as a yearling with a very correct and well attached udder. At 2 days fresh, we already know she will stay. |

These three goats below belong to our kids, and each one is allowed to keep one goat to either work with and/or keep. They are what we call here "immunity goats." We have added them here as they do belong to our program still.
Hanson Hideaway Zebra Cakes
EVA'S GOAT DOB 03/10/2024 Sire: Cedar View Hudson *B Dam: Hanson Hideaway BV Cupcake Eva was generously gifted Zebra Cakes by Amanda Hanson for the yearly kid commit essay that she wrote. Eva desperately needed something she could show and hand milk. A doe that she could be proud to continue to work with. This doe kid might just be the goat she needed to give her that push. Thank you Amanda for helping our daughter out. |
SunQuest T Legendary Zelda 3*M GVVG81 (unwell that day)
*extras; blue eyes and moonspots
TADEN'S GOAT DOB: 5/19/2020
Zelda is a goat that my son loves more than anyone will ever know. This is his goat. She will never be leaving this farm. Though she is our son's goat, she was part of the breeding program here, and did bring some nice things with her. Nice pasterns with hooves that are not spread. She tracks wide and more effortlessly than most of our goats. She definitely has that dairy strength appearance to her. Her skin is soft and pliable. Her bones are nice and flat and sharp. She is more the ideal miniature dairy goat we are looking to work with. Her cons are she could use even more spring of rib, and that rump needs work. She freshened with a beautiful FF udder. Its very well attached as well as high and tight. Has very good RUH and RUA. Overall we just love her. Zelda is now retired early as both her freshenings resulted in her not fully dilating her cervix on her own, which needed serious intervention. Though no harm was done and all are well, it is in the best interest of Zelda that she no longer is bred. She is our son's goat and will remain on the farm fat and happy. We will continue to work with her retained daughter. Zelda is Retired |
SunQuest RH Frutti Bubbles 2*M
*extras; polled and moonspots
ISABEL'S GOAT DOB: 05/15/2020 Bubbles, like Zelda belongs to one of the kids. She too will more than likely live out all her days here at the farm. She is very similar to Zelda in which we wish she had a more level topline. Her rump is her biggest downfall. Would like to see more levelness from hips to pins and over thurl to thurl. She does however, have a nice strong brisket and a little more width to her. Her withers are set more smoothly against the body. She is very dairy and has super soft pliable skin. Her FF udder was my favorite to milk, and she milks down to nothing. |
